The Primary Physicians at Prime Medical Center are brother and sister, E. S. Cay, M.D. and Emine Cay Masters, M.D. They have devoted their entire medical careers to the care of patients in Northern Virginia and have a combined experience of over 30 years in the practice of clinical medicine in the Washington Metropolitan area. Both doctors are board-certified by the American Board of Ambulatory Medicine. They share the same patient-centered medical philosophies and approaches to clinical care.
